Passengers vehicle are still charging the same amount they were charging earlier via patnitop.
Former MLA ( Member Legislative Assembly and Spokesman JKPCC Jammu and Kashmir State Ashok Kumar has said that passenger bus and other small passengers vehicle charges should be fixed from nashri to chenani via tunnel as some student and low income group people have complained that transporters are taking same amount as they used to charge earlier via patnitop. It is great injustice to students and other low income group people. Ashok strongly urged to the Government of Jammu and Kashmir State and District Development Commissioner Ramban and Udhampur that direction should be given to concerned authorities for genuine fixation of charges from Ramban to Udhampur via Nashri to Chenani tunnel. Ashok further said that concerned authorities of road transport should provide sanctions to mini buses for new routes from Ramban to Chenani and udhampur to Ramban via tunnel for the convenience of the people of Ramban Doda kishtwar and Udhampur Districts.
