Uttar Pradesh: Nearly two dozen people in Uttar Pradesh have accepted Hindu Religion on sunday by following proper rituals and tradition.
The crowd includes, women and children as well. All those who accepted Hindu religion belongs to Ambedkar Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
"Their ancestors were Hindus and about 25 years ago, all these people had accepted Islam religion for some reasons," Said locals present in Rituals.
The procedure of converting religion was done in a very secretive manner at an Aryasamaj Temple.
The process of conversion was performed by Rashtiya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) Kailash Chandra Srivastava at an Arya Samaj Temple.
"All those,who has accepted Sanatan Dharam left Islam without being lured," Srivastava said.
"Their ancestors were Hindus, they had adopted Muslim religion 25 years ago and now they wants to follow the path of their ancestors," he added.
However, the administration has not made any comment in this regard.
