BJP MLA booked for his hate Speech in UP.

The Supreme Court of India has outlawed seeking votes in the name of religion and caste in a judgement earlier, but the message is clearly lost on BJP.
As on Saturday BJP lawmaker and Party Vice President of U.P Suresh Rana addressing a BJP booth sammelan in Thana Bhawan area of Shamli district declared that a curfew would be imposed in Kairana,Deoband and Moradabad if were to come to power.
Kairana, Deoband and Moradabad are all communally sensitive spots in Uttar Pradesh with Majority of Muslim population.
Western U.P. will go to the polls on 11th of February.
Suresh Rana, who is named as active participant of the Muzaffarnagar riots of 2013 and have already many communal cases against him said, "Yadi maidan maar liya to Kairana, Deoband, Moradabad mein curfew lag jayega mitron...."
After his hateful speech a civil rights activist Shezaad poonewala tweeted that he had filed a case against Suresh Rana. Have a look to his tweet;
