Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha, Ghulam Nabi Azad along with MLA Inderwal G. M Saroori, Former MLA Bhaderwah Mohammed Sharief Niaz, Former MLA Doda Abdul Majid Wani, MLC Naresh Gupta and with District Officers visited fire-sufferers of far-off area of Batyas, Gandoh and Malikpura Bhalessa and announced various relief measures for the rehabilitation and welfare of the victims.
Ghulam Nabi Azaad also took stock of the extensive damage caused by the devastating blaze in this remote area and termed these incidents as clear acts of sabotage, which are needed to be investigated.
The leader of Opposition who belongs to Bhalesa area Of Distt Doda visited his hometown after years and native welcomed him with great respect, Whole village was standing in a queue with a Wreath in their hands.
After addressing public Ghulam Nabi Azaad inaugurated new Dak Bunglow at Gandoh, in Bhalesa area of Doda, which was constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 4 crore.
