Governor Rule in J&K is only way out to save J&K from further death & destruction

Chief Patron of JKNPP urged President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee to exercise his constitutional power vested in him under the mandate of temporary provision Article 370 of Constitution of India. Though, old yet is the only provision in the Constitution of India which has vested constitutional power in the President of India to intervene in case of Emergency, external aggression or internal disturbance in the State of J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh said that the President of India may be failing in his constitutional responsibility if he fails to intervene to restore peace in the State of J&K as he is the only constitutional authority who is vested with power under Section 92 of the Constitution of J&K (J&K has a separate Constitution as Constitution of India is not applicable to the State of J&K). Under Section 92 the Governor of J&K is empowered to impose Governor Rule and dismiss Assembly of J&K as provided in the Constitution of J&K yet he has to seek clearance from the President of India under the Constitution of J&K also.
Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the President of India that Kashmir has been bleeding and it was bleeding profusely this afternoon when Chief Minister of J&K Ms. Mehbooba Mufti was meeting with the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, Kashmir police were using bullets and guns against the protesting students in the heart of the city of Srinagar.
Prof.Bhim Singh said that President of India can advice the Governor straight within the scope and meaning of Article 370 read with Section 92 of J&K Constitution and advice the Governor to dismiss the J&K Govt. and impose Governor Rule in the larger national interest without seeking any opinion of the Union Govt. Prof.Bhim Singh expressed hope that Prime Minister Modi shall keep in mind larger interest of the nation—Bharata, than the petty interest of BJP ministers in the State of J&K who likely to lose their jobs and benefits with the imposition of Governor Rule in the State of J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh hoped that Shri Modi to keep interest of Bharata and not BJP ministers in J&K to save J&K from further death and destruction.
