Yuva bhim sena press release on Education department violating rules

We the member of " yuva bhim sena " in collaboration with Sangharh NGO . Udhampur were assembled here at Ramnagar and highlighted the discriminations and violation of Rules/ human right by the concerned bureaucrats of government .
The matter pertains to D.ed training to teachers of j&k . Earlier this training was scheduled for two as regular course but now the state education department is conducting this training programme only for 15 days and two years programming in being completed in 30 days that too during holidays how much a teach can learn and what he teach to Rural students .
Besides the trainee teacher are being compelled to attend their school on every working days and then approach to the training center during Sunday and holiday is the violation of human rights.
Further on one hand government /education department has not promoted approximately 700 teachers attained their degrees through distance mode on other hand same education department is imparting training of D.ed to teacher through distance mode. It seems that education department itself framing the rules and itself violating for their vested interests .
In this way the future of innocent students is spoiled by providing only nominal training without any quality of training .
The teacher are being harassed to approach to training center after performing their legitimate duties in the concerned institutes and in some for flung areas there is no transport facility available to move to concerned training center which is the violation of human right.
Through the medium of this press conference it is requested to the concerned authority of J&k education department to stop this practice of eye wash and harassment to teacher as per scheduled procedure and two years programme envisaged for D.ed be completed regularly in two years. So that teachers can be prepared for teaching and future of innocent rural children may not suffer.
