Kishtwar: Today a message having death threat is circulating on WhatsApp. In message a person named Joginder Bhandari alleged that Bali Bhagat (Health Minister Jammu and Kashmir) is the most corrupt minister in Jammu and Kashmir and he is careless as well.
He alleged that there is no ENT specialist in Distt Hospital Kishtwar and he will Kill Health minister in case anything happens to his wife.
Below is the text what his letter reads
I will kill Bali Bhagat Health Minister of J&K in case any thing happens with my Wife.
Bali Bhagat Health Minister of J&K a most corrupt minister in BJP led coliation government in the state.
My wife is suffering from throut inspection and I accordingly approach his brother a teacher by profession Mr.Yougi Raj on his cell phone number who in turn told me to approach the concerned doctor in District hospital Kishtwar when he and his brother Bali Bhagat was well aware of the fact that there is no ENT specialist in District hospital Kishtwar but the attitude shown by the minister's brother a teacher in eduction department Kishtwar pinched me.
Let me ask the Chief Education Officer Kishtwar where the brother of Bali Bhagat a most corrupt minister 9f BJP is presently engaged .
Bali Bhagat minister of health is facing corruption charges on account of transfer industry besides his wife is also involved in purchasing of 8.5 Kilogram of gold on the day of 8 November 2016 when the Prime minister of India announced demonisation of rupees 500 and 1000 notes where he was let him Scott free by the authorities concerned on the advice of the prevailing government.
In case any thing happens with my Wife , I shall be forced to kill Bali Bhagat health minister for which I am ready to face any consequences
