Srinagar, Sep 7: Written test for the posts of constables in Jammu and Kashmir Police department will be held on October 8 in all the districts of the state.
“It is for the information of all candidates who have qualified the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) that their written test shall be conducted on October 8 in all the district of J&K,” a police spokesperson said here today.
He said the written test will consist of objective type questions. “The question paper will consist of 100 questions which should be attempted in two hours,” he said, adding the paper will be of matriculation standard and will comprise of questions on general awareness, general knowledge, elementary mathematics, analytical aptitude and ability.
