DECEMBER 3:Two local labourers working on the Seri- Sencha PMGSY link road were burried under the debris of a landslide at Bhagna Ramban today evening (6pm).
According to the sources, the labourers who were deputed with the JCB machine came under the heavy boulders and soil while the excavation work was going on.
The deceased have been identified as Abdul Rasheed of Bhatti and Farooq Ahmed of Balihote,Ramban.
Sources said that the body of Abdul Rashid has been shifted to Distt Hospital Ramban for post-Mortem while rescue team hasn't found the body of Farooq Ahmed yet.
Around 9km of this underconstruction 16 Km link road stretch has been excavated so far.
The rescue operation by the local police,SDRF, volunteers of QRT and locals was going on till last reports came in.
