Ramban: Government Doctors posted in various hospital across the district Ramban have found a Nobel method fleecing the patients by advising them to conduct tests, ultrasonography X-ray form private diagnosing centres /Laboratories whare from they are allegedly greeting fixed commission referring the patients to these centre's.
this mushrooming growth of illegally operating clinic, Labor tries, and diagnostic center's, Under the nose of district administration in Ramban, Banihal, Batote, and Gool Area's has posed a great risk to the life of the people. Not only the despite clear directive from the division bench of the apex court. these Nursing homes, clinical labs and diagnostic centers are being allowed to operate by the health and medical education department.
the court has clearly issued orders to seal the premises if such units are not registered and granted valid license under the jammu and kashmir nursing homes and clinical Establishments.( Registration & Licensing) Act 1963. unfortunately the district health authorities woke up form the Deep slumber over this issue.
some people alleged that in some cases physiotherapists and ISM doctors are conducting ultrasonography of the patients referred to them by particular doctor even medical druggist shop owner are poking there nose by meddling in the affairs of doctors and diagnostic Laboratory by conducting test without Knowing the basics and Knowledge about the chemistry even they provide result on the receipts of their shop of conducting tests into their shops.
