Ramban: People of remote area of Distt Ramban Chabba Damote are living in dark for last 20 days . The transformer of the said area was damaged before 20 days and people have to live on candles .
" There are 150 households in Chabba and we are having transformer of 25KV which is not sufficient for us ", locals said.
Locals also said that they many times approached department and MLA for the sanctioning of 65KV transformer but everyone turned deaf ear.
"We approached MLA Ramban and Electricity department many times, we requested them to sanction 65kv transformer but they turned deaf ear everytime", they added.
